If you rented during the summer of 2007, you may re-book during the month of October for the same house/same week(s). Please look for the mailing in September.

If you are a new customer, please note that booking will begin October 31. This may be completed on line or by calling our office at 401-783-6688.

Shoreline Realty accepts personal checks, cash or credit card payment.

All rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

All homes are non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed unless specified under the house description.

Beach Passes do not come with any of the homes. Information on any of the state beaches may be found at http://www.riparks.com/listing.htm

Guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels unless otherwise specified. Homes are supplied with pillows and blankets.

Check in time is 3pm
Check out time is 10am

Guests are responsible for filling the propane grill tanks upon their arrival (if empty). Propane can be filled at the location below.

Please note Shoreline Realty's cancellation policy: If you have made a deposit and need to cancel your reservation, you will only be refunded if the house is re-rented for the same amount. If re-rented, you will receive 80% of your deposit back.
